The Role:

An established provider of rugged hardware solutions to a variety of industry sectors, our client are looking to add a New Business Development Manager to their team to be based from their offices in Worcestershire. A global player, this business is expanding their sales team and is on the lookout for someone with a real passion for hunting down new businesses. You will be an experienced sales professional who is very comfortable dealing with senior decision makers face to face. The role is heavily channel sales based with a small element of strategic end user sales mixed in

This role would suit candidates living in Redditch, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Worcester, Kidderminster and surrounding areas.

For this German speaking New Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Experienced sales professional with at least 5 years industry relevant sales experience (rugged hardware and auto ID solutions)

• Proven track record of onboarding and selling through channel partners at C-suite level

• Strong negotiator with great business acumen

• Confident meeting and presenting to all levels within a business

• New business hunter who is comfortable selling a technical product

• Ambitious and driven salesperson with a real desire to succeed in the role

• Fluent German
