Known for exceptional visuals and turnkey services, we help clients bring their vision to life.Role Overview We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities, primarily in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have established relationships with architects, main contractors, and project managers. They will drive sales, manage proposals, and ensure successful delivery by collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Proactively generate new leads, particularly in healthcare and commercial fit-out projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proposal and Tender Support: Collaborate with design teams to produce compelling visuals and bids that align with client specifications.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and drive opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out or construction sector.
  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare or commercial sectors.
  • Familiarity with Glenigan or Barbour ABI procurement platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of modular and prefabricated systems is advantageous.
