- New Business Development: Proactively generate new leads, particularly in healthcare and commercial fit-out projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proposal and Tender Support: Collaborate with design teams to produce compelling visuals and bids that align with client specifications.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events to promote our brand and drive opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out or construction sector.
- Existing relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare or commercial sectors.
- Familiarity with Glenigan or Barbour ABI procurement platforms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of modular and prefabricated systems is advantageous.
