The client

Our client is a privately owned Building Services contractor based in the Midlands. Well versed in delivering projects up to £15m in M&E value, they are currently self-delivering on a number of schemes within the Midlands area.

The role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to get involved with project from the conception, helping to steer the project from the very start, helping to establish best practice, cost-saving opportunities and delivering excellent. Your Mechanical installations team are all in-house, living and breathing the companies high standards. Your job will be to lead them going forward!

The requirements

You will have experience delivering projects from the hospitality, commercial and education sectors. Ideally working your way up from a tools background, you have a great deal of experience in legislation, project management, reporting and successful delivery. Above all, you will be a people person, used to mixing with a variety of stakeholders. The client is seeking the right person with the right attitude, so some lack of experience can be worked with, providing you're the right fit.

The package

You can expect to earn anywhere up to £60K with a bonus based on performance of the site and success. The role also have private medical, a car allowance and generous pension contribution. The role and job description are flexible as the candidate is interested in finding the right person.
