We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sub Agent to support a major construction project on behalf of a prominent Regional Contractor. This multi-million-pound scheme involves complex structural (RC), drainage, utilities, and civils packages and is expected to run until mid-2026.
Key Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- CAT Scanning experience
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Temporary Works Supervisor or Coordinator training (beneficial)
- Confined Space (medium & high risk) certification (beneficial)
- Experience in clean water projects (useful but not essential)
- Some M&E experience (useful but not essential)
Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting CAT scanning and issuing permits to dig
- Leading site inductions and briefings
- Preparing material take-offs and requisitions with full scope and requirements
- Verifying deliveries against tickets and purchase orders
- Proficiency in CAD for drafting and review
- Reviewing subcontractor RAMS and associated documentation
- Preparing 2-week lookahead programmes for project planning
- Liaising effectively with subcontractors
- Completing goods received returns
- General administration and site documentation
- Monitoring on-site health and safety
- Producing ITPs and QA documents for H&S files
- Maintaining daily site diaries
- Coordinating efforts between the site team, including Engineers, Foremen, and Subcontractors

- Duration: 18 months (expected completion mid-2026)
