Building Surveyor required to work for a housing provider in the Worcestershire on a contract basis for six months.
This role is working within the asset management team and will be responsible for planned maintenance works.
Key duties will include;
- Management of contractors to deliver decent homes related projects.
- Ensuring quality of works.
- Ensure all relevant H&S and building regs are followed.
- Pre / post inspection of works.
- Reporting back any issues / updates to the senior manager.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents.
