Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Bromsgrove
Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to 25,000 per annum
HR Employment Bureau are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established company based in Bromsgrove. The role is full time, office based. You will be responsible for ensuring their customers have an outstanding experience!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients information is recorded correctly and any updates are made.
- Ensuring that the CRM system and databases are up to date with correct information.
- Management of all telephone calls.
- Management of email inboxes, ensuring that clients are responded to promptly.
- Ensuring that update letters and email are sent out to customers on a regular basis.
- All office administration tasks.
- Co-ordinating appointments with our customers and clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a customer focused role.
- IT literate.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional approach.
