About Us:Our client are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to their customers and we are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to be part of their thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your key duties will include:

  • Handling customer queries via phone and email and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Processing orders efficiently and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Assisting customers with product information and services, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Managing and maintaining customer records, updating systems as necessary.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Supporting the administrative function of the customer service team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.

What We're Looking For:The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service admin role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer databases (desirable).
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
