Job Title: Senior Service Advisor

Salary: £28,000 basic salary plus bonus - OTE £37,000 (Uncapped)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm - NO weekends

Hawkfield Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor for a family-owned dealer based in the Bromsgrove area.

Our client is a West Midlands multi-award-winning dealer group, currently representing Fiat, Abarth, Nissan, Skoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Peugeot brands. We are recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor for their busy dealership based in Walsall.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor to take the next step in their career to develop their skills and get their first taste of management.

Responsibilities of Senior Service Advisor:

• Working alongside technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop
• Support the Service Manager with daily duties
• Assisting with the day-to-day queries raised by the Retailer network around parts orders via telephone and Email
• Loading the workshop diary
• Handling customer complaints
• Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service expressing the brand.
• Meeting and greeting the customer and identifying customers additional needs
• Upselling additional products and services
• Keeping the customer up to date with the progress of their vehicle

Experience Required for Senior Service Advisor:

• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role in another Dealership
