Your new companyYou will be joining an established and dynamic business in Bromgsrove to support the business with a data project, on a temporary basis for 3+ months.

Your new roleYou will be providing critical administrative support for a project that requires a large amount of data to be cleansed, entered and organised. Key duties will be:

  • Reviewing large volumes of data on the CRM and Excel spreadsheets
  • Entering and moving data to the correct location on Excel
  • Check and resolve anomalies/missing data via calling internal and external teams
  • Escalate queries where necessary to resolve in a timely manner

This is a full-time role, working a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday 9-5, in the office. What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven administrative experience - ideally in a high volume data role
  • High proficiency with Excel (basic Excel test required to be carried out at interview stage)
  • Confidence working with high volumes of data
  • Excellent ability to work in a repetitive role whilst maintaining accuracy
  • High attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as work in a team

Due to the location of the business, driving will be ideal to get to, as public transport is limited.
