- Supporting students with moderate to complex needs across Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Supporting students with personal care and mobility needs, where required.
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a SEND setting.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid DBS check on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
