Supporting students with moderate to complex needs across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
Supporting students with personal care and mobility needs, where required.
Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning.

Requirements:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a SEND setting.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A valid DBS check on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
