EA to MDBromsgrove (office based)£30,000 - £32,000 p/aBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a high-end health and safety organisation in Bromsgrove. They are looking for an EA to MD. Someone to come on board at an exciting time for the business and support the Managing Director ensuring efficiency and the seamless execution of daily operations.EA to MD role:This role involves managing the Managing Director's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing communications, and drafting presentations, among other key tasks. The duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and commitments.
  • Draft and format professional presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing materials, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas, if required.
  • Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, maintaining files and organising documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and errands to support the Managing Director.

The person:The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will also possess:

  • 3 years of experience (minimum) in a fast-paced Executive Assistant role.
  • Experience working with and supporting C-suite individuals.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Happy to travel into the office 5 days a week.
