- Manage a diverse caseload from appointment to closure, including statutory duties, creditor communications, asset realisation, redundancy claims, and investigations.
- Liaise with directors and stakeholders, ensuring accurate information is provided and cases progress efficiently.
- Draft key documents such as statutory reports, final creditor updates, and outcome statements.
- Ensure compliance and statutory deadlines are met using specialist software (e.g., IPS and Virtual Cabinet).
- Provide support to junior team members, sharing your expertise to help them develop.
- A minimum of 2 years’ insolvency experience with a solid understanding of insolvency processes and legislation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT proficiency, with experience using IPS and Virtual Cabinet (or similar systems).
- A team-focused mindset, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
- A driving licence and access to a car (preferred).
