I am currently seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to take responsibility for the day to day running of my clients Finance & HR operations. My client operates in a fast moving and exciting sector based in South Birmingham. As the Finance Director, you will report directly into the CEO and take ownership of the UK operations. My client is based within the 'service' sector, and is looking for somebody ideally with experience working within a similar sector and experienced with asset management. Other responsibilities will include ownership of the budgeting & forecasting and process improvement. My client is looking for somebody able to improve their current ERP system and drive the business forward. Initially my client is looking for somebody available at short notice and ideally somebody on an 'interim to permanent' basis. Ideally, this person will have the aspirations to work towards being the MD of the business.My client is working on-site five days a week.
