Your Role as a Senior Paraplanner:

This role is a blend of high-level technical expertise and team development, ensuring that both client outcomes and Paraplanner progression are prioritised.

Conducting and reviewing complex financial research across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning.

Preparing and reviewing technical suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.

Supporting high-net-worth and complex financial planning cases.

Overseeing the quality of work produced by junior Paraplanners, providing technical guidance and feedback.

Mentoring and coaching Trainee and Junior Paraplanners, supporting their professional growth.

Assisting in shaping processes, research methodologies, and training programmes for the Paraplanning team.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4 Qualified) – Chartered Status or working towards it is a plus.

Experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or Wealth Management firm.

Strong technical knowledge in investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection.
