IDEX are working exclusively with a leading Financial Advisory and Wealth Management business who require additional headcount in their Customer Care Team.Typical duties include;

  • Carry out investigations of client complaints, following the firm's standard complaints procedure and formulating client responses
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback processes
  • Act upon and effectively deliver against client requests
  • Review customer focused regulatory industry update summaries
  • Escalate to senior management and Operations where issues with products and services are identified

What the business requires from the successful applicant

  • To have achieved (or be studying towards) the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Ideally have recent and relevant experience within an IFA environment and be involved in the complaints process
  • An ability to demonstrate strong report-writing skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
