Due to continued success and increased workload, we have a new role on for a Part Time Health & Safety Administrator to join a Health & Safety Manager to support them in that department in Bromsgrove. They are a growing business and are looking for someone who is hard working and enthusiastic to come in and learn more about their business and thrive within it. This is a busy varied Administrator role where you will be involved in all aspects of the admin support within the Health & Safety department. This is a flexible part time role it will be 30 hours a week ideally 5 days a week but there can be some flexibility with the hoursPart Time Health & Safety Administrator key duties include: -
  • General admin support to include producing health & safety documents and filing
  • Answering phones and dealing with initial enquires when the Health & Safety Manager is out the office.
  • Collating and sending out information for Risk Assessments
  • Booking training course for employees and updating the training skills matrix
  • Writing letters to employees detailing their training courses.
The successful  Part Time Health & Safety Administrator will have the following skills and experience: -Strong admin experience with proficient skills in the use of Outlook, Excel and Word. Good all round computer skillsAll round organisational skills and a keen eye for detailConfident on the phone dealing with customers.Strong attention to detail.The hours of work are flexible Monday to Friday 30 hours per week although there could be the opportunity to increase these and this is an office based role no hybrid offered.
