SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Bromsgrove who are looking for a Part Time Health & Safety Administrator to join the team 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday (8am - 2pm or 9am - 3pm) Office based
c£26,000 FTE (£21,000 actual salary for 30 hours)Candidates with some Health & Safety experience and strong Administrators will both be considered for the role Purpose of the Job: To produce health and safety documentation for the company To complete relevant application forms and questionnaires in respect of contractor assessment and third party schemes relating to quality, health and safety and environmental issues To work closely with the QUENSH Manager to ensure that the company's requirements are met and that the company is compliant with the relevant law and guidance. Main Tasks: To manage the issue of risk assessments and method statements for all contracts as required based on the requirements of the Operations staff. To work with the QUENSH Manager as required in the production and maintenance of systems relating to health and safety, quality and environmental issues. Accidents - to take information of any accidents from operatives, complete first section of the accident report and pass to the QUENSH Manager for investigating To produce operation and maintenance manuals following completion of contracts based on the requirements of the Operations staff. Non-conformance reports - inform the QUENSH Manager if there has been a non-conformance and hold the record until complete - scan over the completed report and input onto the system. To complete and maintain third party assessment questionnaires as required. Certification - SafeContractor, Acclaim, Constructionline, etc competing and keeping information up to date. Toolbox talks - to send the monthly toolbox talk out to all Contract Managers. To maintain health and safety records for all employees including details of training carried out. Training - manage the training matrix, expiry of certs, book in all training, send a letter to employees to let them know about training. Deal with the trade body, BALI, in respect of any training or industry issues. To ensure ongoing training requirements are flagged up in order to maintain relevant qualifications of employees. Inductions - to conduct for new starters If QUENSH Manager is unavailable and input contractor induction information if required. To maintain and produce other relevant records and information as required To carry out other general administration duties as required
