Our lovely Client based in Bromsgrove is currently recruiting for a Part-time HR Advisor to carry out the following:
Job Summary & Qualifications
To ensure that the group is fully compliant with employment law legislation, including all processes, procedures & policies.
Be able to mentor employees at all levels in all aspects of their capabilities within the working environment.
Visit all sites when required. (Bromsgrove & Birmingham)
CIPD qualified minimum level 5.
Key Tasks & Responsibility:
路 Provide HR support, guidance and advice to managers, senior managers & directors, ensuring they achieve a positive commercial outcome, whilst managing associated risk at all Companies within the group.
路 The instruction, coaching & management of the disciplinary and grievance process.
路 All HR related procedures and processes, including the recruitment process in its entirety and onboarding.
路 Responsible for the leavers process.
路 Full maintenance of personnel records both physical and HR software
路 Attend and minute all HR related meetings.
路 Achieve optimal level of results by coaching & mentoring employees.
路 Improve managers skills to handle people issues effectively & efficiently.
路 Identify specific training & development programmes ensuring efficiency and succession.
路 Implement annual performance appraisals.
路 Drafting all HR related letters and documents.
路 Prepare payroll for the Finance Director.
Hours of work:
3 full days 8.30 - 4.30 (22.5 hrs) or you can work 5 days and spread 22.5 hours over 5 days
They will consider candidates that are looking for 30 hours per week
Salary is 拢32K - 35K pro rota
You must be qualified at CIPD level 5, if you do not have this qualification then your application will automatically be rejected
