A great opportunity for an HR Advisor to join an SME business within the manufacturing sector supplying bespoke products across the UK. This is a new role within the business reporting into the Finance Director.

What will you do as an HR Advisor?
- Provide HR support, guidance and advice to managers, senior managers & directors
- Implementing HR Policies & Procedures, including recruitment onboarding / offboarding
- Identify specific training & development programmes ensuring efficiency and succession
- Implement annual performance appraisals, drafting all HR related letters and documentation
- Full maintenance of personnel records both physical and HR software
- Attend and minute all HR related meetings
- Coaching & management of the disciplinary and grievance process
- Assist the Finance Director with Payroll
What do you need as HR Advisor?
- CIPD Level 5 minimum
- Own transport required as travel is essential
- Be able to mentor employees at all levels across the business
- Software - BrightHR & Microsoft
