Your new roleWe are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to work with a reputable financial services organisation 5 days per week in Bromsgrove. You will act as a point of contact for first contact issues, logging all work requests on internal ticketing system and keeping users up to date with tickets. You will offer expert IT support services, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently for employees across uk locations whilst liaising with third party companies to ensure computer and telephony systems and software are operating to agreed service levels.Occasional travel to different sites will be required, so must have a driving licenceWhat you'll need to succeedExperience supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks and cloud-based systems (eg Office 365 & Azure AD) and setup of computers, mobile devices and other peripherals.Experience setting up remote user PC requirements, including VPN connection, encryption, email, antivirus and server access.
