Pay: 30,000 - 37,000 + 3,000 car allowance
NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands , is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will focus solely on supervision of foster carers. You will not be expected to do Form F assessments or participate in the out of hours rota as they independent workers for this.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and train foster carers
- Manage a caseload in the West Midlands area
- Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
