  • Supporting financial advisers with the full new business process from start to completion.
  • Handling client and provider queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings, including quotes, valuations, and supporting literature.
  • Submitting applications and following up to ensure smooth case completion.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the back-office system for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Conducting fund switches and withdrawals upon client instruction.
  • Assisting with report writing and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA administration role (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of pensions and investments (desired).
  • CII Financial Services exam pass (preferred but not essential).
