- Supporting financial advisers with the full new business process from start to completion.
- Handling client and provider queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings, including quotes, valuations, and supporting literature.
- Submitting applications and following up to ensure smooth case completion.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the back-office system for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Conducting fund switches and withdrawals upon client instruction.
- Assisting with report writing and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA administration role (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of pensions and investments (desired).
- CII Financial Services exam pass (preferred but not essential).
