About Our Client

  • A nationally acclaimed leading Financial Services business who provide services in Financial and Wealth Planning, Mortgages and Protection.

About the role

  • Provide support and advice to clients with their mortgage and protection needs, investigate and research suitable options and present suitable solutions and recommendations based on their needs, affordability and eligibility.
  • This opportunity will be mainly desk based, working from Bromsgrove, where you will utilise video conferencing tools, e-mail and telephone contact with clients.

Duties include;

  • Develop an understanding of company strategy and core values.
  • To comply with advice process and maintain regulatory competence and KPI standards.
  • Follow the Regulated Advice Process to build long term relationships and deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Acquire new clients, from referrals, professional introducers and company lead generation programmes.
  • Guiding clients through the buying process which may mean liaising with solicitors and estate agents as well as your clients.
  • Developing and maintaining good client and introducer relationships through client meetings and ongoing feedback to the team and Contact Centre.
  • Ensuring all activities are completed in a timely, compliant manner.

Candidate requirements;

  • Minimum CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • R05 or equivalent Protection Qualification preferred.
  • Able to Demonstrate a client centric approach, with excellent interpersonal skills, approachability and professionalism.
  • Well presented, articulate and dedicated to doing the right thing for our clients.
  • Capable IT skills and embracive of the new virtual/digital ways to communicate with Clients.
  • Ability to network and attract new Clients through business development and effective business planning.
