About the Role:An exciting opportunity awaits for an NQ-5 PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving team in the West Midlands. This role is ideal for someone who is technically proficient, commercially aware, and dedicated to delivering client service excellence. You will manage a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, and more, while supporting business development activities and mentoring colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle diverse residential property matters, from standard sales and purchases to complex transactions.
- Share best practices, contributing to team development and quality.
- Engage in business development initiatives as required.
