Our client is looking to bring onboard an enthusiastic Paralegal, Junior Executive of Solicitor that has a real desire to work and focus on broad Private Client work. DAY TO DAY TASKS: * Provide comprehensive legal advice to a diverse range of private clients on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax planning, probate, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney * Independently manage your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring all client work is completed to a high standard.* Assist in the management and administration of trusts, including liaising with trustees and beneficiaries.* Participate in business development activities to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones.APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN TO: * Experienced Private Client Paralegals or Solicitors up to 3 years PQE. * Ideally you would been working on your own Wills & Probate matters for the last 12 months. * Strong Paralegals that have been focused on Private Client files for the last 2 years.
