Field Service Engineer (Passenger / Goods Lifts)

Are you a Lift Service Engineer with experience on passenger lifts looking to join a £200 million turnover company, offering door to door pay, a local patch, and excellent overtime rates to drastically increase your earnings?

Are you looking to work for a globally recognised name, where you will be progressed through dedicated product training on specialist goods and passenger lifts, and clear routes into senior roles?

In this Monday to Friday role you will be paid door to door to travel to sites within an hour and a half radius, servicing and maintaining goods and passenger lifts, with a 50/50 split. There will be specific product training given in their head office, along with ongoing shadowing with an experienced Engineer.

You will be on call 1 week in 4, paid at 1.3x for attending breakdowns during this time.

This internationally renowned company were founded in the 1940's and boast a huge presence within the automotive, retail, and airport industries. They pride themselves on their staff retention and progression of employees into senior roles, looking to continue their organic growth for years to come.

This role would suit a Lift Engineer looking to expand their skill set on both passenger and goods lifts, with plenty of training and development whilst covering a local patch with plenty of opportunity for overtime.

The Role:

  • Servicing and maintaining passenger and goods lifts
  • Covering an hour and a half radius of Birmingham
  • Buddying up whilst training then attend sites alone
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, 37.5 hours a week, paid door to door
  • Overtime paid at 1.3x, 5-8 hours a week available
