Post Team Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our existing Post team. We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, to deliver excellent service by providing accurate, efficient and organised administration support and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities as our Post Team Supervisor will include:

  • Ensuring all items of post are allocated in accordance with internal policies and procedures. 
  • Ensuring post opening, sorting and scanning post are accurately placed into relevant files for Financial Advisers and Administrators to action. 
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure post is processed in accordance with internal compliance (original signed documents are not misplaced resulting in a failure of TCF). 
  • Oversee group email distribution. 
  • Ensuring end of day filing is done and documents stored correctly, preventing loss of documents at all times.  
  • Postal re-directs, as a result of Joint Ventures are fully understood and complied with ensuring private and confidential items are not opened.   
  • Photocopying/scanning general correspondence.  
  • Monitoring of incoming faxes and distribution of same.  
  • Dealing with enquiries from Financial Advisers and other members of staff when necessary.  
  • Managing and maintaining Financial Advisers’ stationery.  
  • Ensuring adequate stocks of general stationery including supply of toners for photocopiers.  
  • Point of contact for advisers, staff and 3rd party providers 
  • Line management of all members of the Post Team. 
  • Manage the day to day performance of allocated individuals within the Post Team, ensuring that all activities are completed on an individual and team basis.  Ensuring that the Operations Supervisor is notified in advance of any potential issues. 
  • Coaching and development of individuals within Post team  

What we are looking for in our ideal our Post Team Administration Assistant:

  • Effective organisational skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Willing to learn and develop.
  • Availability to work full time from our Bromsgrove Head Office.
