- Assist clients with specifications.
- Gather all required project information.
- Respond to quotation requests.
- Raise survey requests.
- Raise accurate additional works / snagging requests.
- Coordinate between all the various departments which are involved in a project to ensure delivery of ordered project as per client time frames and specifications, and within budget.
- Action snagging or extra client requests.
- Project sign-off and collation of files for invoicing.
- Raise RAMS and send to sites to book in.
- Maintain a flexible approach and to carry out any other reasonable additional duties as requested.
- Carry out risk assessments
- Experience within an admin position or relevant example of this ability e.g. graduate.
- Strong IT skills.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to details.
- Excellent attitude to work with the ability to progress and learn
