Job Title: Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Location:(Bromsgrove - all work within 10 miles)
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client, a well-established Facilities Management (FM) contractor, is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning systems (including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations
- Complete relevant paperwork and service reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems across various sites
Requirements:
- F-Gas certification (Category 1)
- Previous experience in air conditioning service and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault finding and diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive approach to work with a commitment to delivering quality service
