REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER - BIRMINGHAM
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is an extremely well established maintenance and engineering facilities management and building services company.
They have successfully been in business for 25 years delivering technical solutions to the retail, supermarket and commercial markets in the UK.
One of their most successful businesses is their refrigeration division and they ever growing UK team is looking for a Refrigeration Service Engineer to cover the Birmingham area and surrounding areas.
JOB PURPOSE
Collecting and fitting parts as directed by the Senior Managing Engineer / Operations Manager.
Diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns.
Using client systems.
Carrying out calls as allocated by Service Control.
Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way.
Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely way.
Working safely in line with health and safety procedures
QUALIFACTIONS / EXPERIENCE
You will need to have Refrigeration and Air Conditioning experience in a commercial setting.
City in Guilds NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Hold an FGAS ticket
Pass a DBS check
SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary of £38K-£40K (depending on experience)
On Standby is every 1 in 5 week (£200 per week on standby)
