Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a large and well established wealth management business. This Personal Assistant position is supporting a member of their board, and requires a proactive and experienced candidate, ideally with an understanding of the financial services industry.
The Role:
- Diary management including booking appointments, arranging travel and accommodation.
- Preparation for all meetings and engagements by collating any necessary paperwork.
- Provide a link between the wider business and the board.
- Liaise with the Executive Team in connection with on-going projects across the business.
- Prepare presentations and board reports using PowerPoint.
- Prepare general correspondence including drafting of letters, emails etc., where appropriate.
- Collate and circulate management information.
- Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
The Ideal Personal Assistant will have:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is necessary.
- Experience in, and understanding of financial services would be beneficial.
- A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
- A strong character who is commercially astute.
