A fantastic opportunity to work for a forward-thinking creative firm as an Office Manager has just become available! Based in Bromsgrove, the successful applicant will work on the office floor to provide an outstanding management service to the office.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Front of house duties; being the first port-of-call to visitors to the office, manning the phones and handling the office’s post
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms, and maintaining meeting rooms to a high standard
  • Leading on health and safety procedures for the office, including leading on training and conducting regular office checks to ensure compliance
  • Facilities management; managing contracts and other documentation for supplies and facilities services to the office
  • Providing support to the HR department by managing the schedule for new starters’ inductions
  • Other managerial duties when required

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within an Office Management position within a similar calibre organisation, with experience of project management and managing a team. Applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills, and thrive working as part of a team.
