Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Payroll Administrator to work three days a week at a payroll bureau in Bromsgrove.
The position requires previous bureau payroll experience and involves managing various payroll processes and pension contributions.
Key responsibilities include running end-to-end payrolls, setting up PAYE and pension schemes, and handling year-end payroll procedures.
The role requires familiarity with Sage payroll software and encompasses tasks such as auto-enrolment duties and CIS.
The salary for this position is up to £32,000 FTE per annum, depending on experience.

We have an opportunity for a Part Time Payroll Administrator (3 days per week) to join a payroll bureau at a Firm of Chartered Accountants based in Bromsgrove.

Previous Bureau payroll experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Running of end to end weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly and annual payrolls
Managing all aspects of payroll and pension processing
Setting up new PAYE and pension schemes
Uploading of pension contributions to a variety of pension providers
Salary payment processing
Auto enrolment duties and RTI
CIS
Year end payroll procedures and P60 reporting

The software used within Payroll is sage.

Salary is up to £32,000 FTE pa DOE.
