We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing company that are expert at transforming commercial space.  They provide solutions from store construction and consolidation to fixture procurement, projects, and mechanical & electrical installation. Your role will include coordinating the day-to-day admin activities ensuring they are completed smoothly to meet client deadlines.

Reporting to the project manager, your role will include:

  • Raising and issuing store quotations
  • Liaising with suppliers and warehouses
  • Monitoring inbound and outbound supply
  • Overseeing shipments and monitoring any delays
  • Maintaining purchase and pricing reports
  • Reconcile stock and query any discrepancies
  • Any other admin tasks needed to support the team
  • Organise vehicles from factories to warehouse
  • Organise vehicles from warehouse to stores in UK and Europe and complete commercial invoices
  • Chase transport companies for Vehicle details and POD’S
  • Approve and receipt invoices
  • Raise sales orders and client invoices on sage 200
  • Update our in-house system
  • Raising purchase orders and chasing suppliers

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

  • Strong communicator-Verbally and written
  • Ability to interact with other internal and external departments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a variable workload in a changing environment
  • Working well under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
  • Experience in operative IT systems and Microsoft packages. (excel preferred)
  • Experience of sage 200 desirable but not essential
  • Attention to detail
