- Oversee all project aspects, including construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
- Line management of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, supporting them in escalations and team development.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, Design) to meet client requirements.
- Maintain financial control, procure labor and materials, and manage site activities.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met, promoting a culture of quality and safety.
- Upsell on existing sites to secure additional works and contribute to business growth.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- CSCS (or equivalent), Emergency First Aid, and Driver's License.
- Minimum 12 months of project management experience, with successful project delivery.
- Ability to line manage and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
- HNC in Electrical-related discipline.
- SSSTS/SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor's qualification.
- SAP Qualified and in-depth knowledge of HV/LV cable laying and commissioning.
