Recruitment Consultant

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious, highly driven Recruitment Consultant. Based in Bromsgrove. The salary is £27,500+ and there are numerous benefits such as uncapped commission, 33 days holiday + and once trained there will be the opportunity to work from home on a Friday.

What the role involvesWorking for our prestigious client you will play an integral part in their business and be the first point of contact for both candidates and clients within the driving and logistics sector. Duties will include candidate attraction, interviewing and assessing candidates, managing multiple client relationships, compliance and existing client development.There is no cold calling in this role as they have a sales manager who generates all leads and new business, giving you more time to develop your existing relationships.The office is friendly and supportive and they really work together as a team. They have an on-call service for clients and you will be expected to take calls on a rota basis.

What do you need to be successful?

  • A minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent levels of customer service.
  • Ambitious.
  • A team player.
  • A Full, UK driving licence.
