  • Take responsibility for all food and beverage service areas.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all service staff are recruited, trained, and developed in line with current and future business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams of 10-15 people and experience coordinating weddings. Previous experience in similar roles is essential."
