CCTV & Access Control Engineer

Our client, a leading player in the security industry, is seeking talented CCTV & Access Control Engineer to join their team due to internal advancements. This role involves the installation and commissioning of acess control and CCTV systems across various commercial and domestic properties.

Engineer's Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, professional service, installation, and commissioning of Intruder Alarm panels and CCTV systems.
  • Attend scheduled appointments at customer sites, handling both small and large-scale installations.
  • Conduct detailed onsite analysis of system issues, communicate findings to customers, and propose necessary work and additional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and maintaining clean and tidy sites.
  • Participate in standby duty after normal working hours as per the rota.

Engineer's Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CCTV systems.
  • Possession of an ECS/CSCS Card with basic Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of security systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
