£40000 - £45000 + Pay and Role Progression to MD + 1 on 1 Training + Car Allowance

Are you an Account Manager or similar with a background in hydraulics that's wants to be a key part of the growth and development of a company that is quickly becoming the 'go to' name in the Hydraulics industry?

This company is a hydraulics distributor for gear pumps and equipment and after a fantastic last decade where they have gone from strength to strength and now are looking to onboard a Account Manager who will be trained to replace the MD in the near future.

In this role you will responsible for sales operations, mange the influx of quote requests, driving revenue, leading a sales team and managing the accounts.

If you have some experience as an Account Manager and knowledge of Hydraulics or Pumps this may be the right role for you.

The role:

• Building strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base in local and foreign markets
• Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

The person:

• Sales or Account Management experience
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pumps or similar
• Commutable distance to Bromsgrove
