We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, supporting the team to ensure success for the business and themselves. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of how to manage/guide the sales team

Responsibilities

  • Managing a sales team B2B - Outbound calls
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that generate leads.
  • Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in managing a tele-sales team
  • B2B experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
Pay
  • 40,000-50,000 basic plus Commission
Hours
  • 09.00-17.00
