Sonic Summary

We are currently seeking a Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer for Bromsgrove District & Redditch Borough Council.
This hybrid position requires 37 hours of work per week, with a daily schedule from 09:00 to 17:30, starting ASAP and lasting until the end of June.
The role offers an umbrella hourly rate of £31.20 per hour and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Homeless & Housing Solutions.
Candidates must have a DBS registered to update service and be available to work 1-2 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities include managing high caseloads, handling complex cases, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the process.

We are currently recruiting for a Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer to work with Bromsgrove District & Redditch Borough Council.This position is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work and On-site work = 37 hours per week - 09:00 to 17:30 daily - ASAP start with initial contract length to end of June. Umbrella Hourly Rate - £31.20ph

Requirements and Duties -

3 Years experience in Homeless & Housing Solutions
Must have DBS registered to update service and available to start ASAP
1/2 days per week in the office required
Handling cases from start to finish
Prevention relief
High Caseload Management
Complex cases
Letters, Referrals, Accurate note taking
Proven experience in Homelessness.
