NonStop's client, in the West Midlands , is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them as a Senior on a permanent basis.

They are a non-profit organisation with a an Outstanding Ofsted rating. They're well-known for their child-focused ethos and great working conditions. You'd be joining a very supportive and nurturing team allowing you an excellent work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supervision and assessment of foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
  • Provide support and advise for foster carers
  • Manage a caseload in and around the area

Requirements:

  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally 3+ years
