Junior Software Developer

Junior Software Developer required for a streamlining process software company based in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will be based locally and have some programming experience or AI / machine learning experience. Graduates in computer science or software engineering will likely be considered.

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and features.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand user requirements and deliver solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Basic understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• AI / machine learning experience

Salary 25,000-30,000 dependent on experience
