We're on the lookout for a Software Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and driving innovation throughout the software development life cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex software development projects across technologies like Blazor, MVC, Web Forms, and VB.Net
  • Collaborate across teams to understand user needs and ensure consistent, impactful delivery
  • Contribute to the entire development lifecycle: from planning and design to execution and evaluation
  • Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support the evolution of our applications with innovative thinking and design

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience with VB.Net, Web Forms, MVC, Blazor, and React
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Azure-hosted environments
  • An ability to advise on modern standards, tools, and processes in software development
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on customer value

Preferred Experience

  • Background in financial services, ideally in pensions, payroll, or employee benefits
  • Proven success in a similar senior software engineering role
