ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in an SEN School in Bromsgrove on a full-time basis.

- Work with Primary & Secondary age students.
- As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside a teacher to create innovative ways to support students in their education by creating a personalised curriculum.

About you:
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:
- Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs.
- Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
