Coats Recruitment is looking for a number of Welder positions across Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and Redditch.

We are looking for MIG welders , but if you can use TIG to that is a bonus. Pay ranges depending on experience.

These roles are a mix of Perm and Temp2Perm.

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in crafting high-quality metal products. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating precise and durable metal structures.

Duties- Assemble and fabricate metal components using hand and power tools- Perform welding tasks using stick welding techniques- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications- Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues- Work with sheet metal to create various structures- Conduct basic mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements

Requirements- Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and metalworking- Experience with stick welding techniques- Competence in using hand and power tools for metalwork- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately- Familiarity with sheet metal work- Strong grasp of basic mathematics for measurements and calculations
