Head of Project Delivery & Operations is sought by a hyper growth ERP & system organisation based near Cheltenham.
With a strategic business shift to an enterprise level client base this Head of Project Delivery & Operations will use their strong experience of leading ERP, system or B2B software application development projects to drive innovation and best practice across the company as they scale.
This role would suit someone with a technical project management background with previous people management skills who is looking for a more autonomous, dynamic and fast paced environment with extensive progression opportunities as the business scales over the coming months.
This Head of Project Delivery & Operations based near Cheltenham should have most of the following key skills:
- Solid technical project management background with experience leading ERP, System or software application projects
- Experience operating in a client facing project management or delivery role
- Business operations experience - budget management, forecasting, reporting etc
- Team leadership or mentorship experience
- A flexible, positive attitude with the appetite to progress quickly
In return this Head of Project Delivery will receive a base salary of circa £75,000 with bonus potential plus long term hybrid, flexible working (one day a week in the office), private healthcare & pension and excellent progression opportunities.
