I am seeking a Helpdesk Adminstrator for a M&E contracor tobe based in their Harvering office. My clientworks out of several sectors including commercial,education the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 10 years. Despite their size, my client are a family owned and run business andthis is a trait they pride themselves on with well over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal employees and contractors regarding IT support, troubleshooting, and technical assistance requests.
- Provide quick and efficient solutions to common issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Manage administrative support activities for the M&E departments as they carry out projects.
- Assist with helpdesk operations, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or teams.
- Ensure all health and safety documentation and compliance materials are received from subcontractors and assist M&E managers with related tasks.
- Help with the installation, updating, and configuration of software.
- Develop and maintain technical resources such as user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
- Ensure IT hardware setups comply with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
