About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to pupils with autism. You'll work closely with the teaching staff and multidisciplinary team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with autism.
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and tailored lesson activities.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to promote pupil progress.
  • Uphold safeguarding and equal opportunity policies at all times.

  • Experience working with children or young people with autism or SEN.

Working Hours and Pay:
