Vision for Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work entirely around your availability, with opportunities to engage with a variety of schools in the local area.

Secondary mainstream schools.

Pay: £24’(Apply online only) - £38’(Apply online only)

No planning or marking.

Requirements to Register with Vision for Education:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
  • Updated CV with details of your education, teaching experience, and any additional qualifications.
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Two professional references within the last two years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
  • Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Following school policies and procedures, as well as lesson plans provided.
  • Providing feedback to regular teachers and completing any necessary administrative tasks.

Safeguarding Essentials:

  • Complete mandatory safeguarding training provided by Vision for Education.
  • Understand and adhere to school policies regarding child protection and safeguarding.
  • Be vigilant and proactive in identifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns.
